Adam Cruea served in the United States Army the past five years in the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. He was a Sergeant in the Infantry and served as a Squad Leader in which he led his nine man squad on two deployments in Afghanistan. He put his racing career on hold to serve our country.

Now that he has been honorably discharged from the service, he is able to pursue his racing career…and Duncan Oil is proud to sponsor this American hero and do whatever it takes to help him reach his racing goals. Adam, a metal fabricator by trade, will be chasing Rookie of the Year honors at his local dirt track, Waynesfield Speedway. He also plans on running a limited schedule at Eldora, Lawrenceburg, Kokomo, and Bloomington Speedways in his 2007 Bullet Chassis Non-Winged Mini Sprint.

Before joining the Army, Adam served on multiple championship-winning crews. Now it is Adam’s time to shine…and he’s up to the challenge. Adam will be using an all-aluminum 410 cubic inch small block Chevy pushing 800 horsepower to navigate the dirt tracks at speeds of over 140 miles per hour.

Adam’s family started his racing passion and his whole family continues to support him. “They started me off on the right foot, letting me race go karts when I was 12, and they still come cheer me on every time I go out.”

Duncan Oil proudly supports this young, up-and-coming driver in his quest for Rookie of the Year and further on into the future.
